Kevin is a Purchasing Manager at RSK, leading the end-to-end procurement strategy for the Dallas market. He owns bid package creation and scope writing, trade/vendor qualification, pricing negotiations, contract and PO execution, and cost + schedule control across active projects. Partnering closely with estimating and field leadership, Kevin builds reliable supply chains, tracks lead times, and drives value engineering while protecting quality and warranty standards.

He brings a unique foundation from inventory control in the medical field and purchasing for homebuilders, combining cross-industry rigor with residential construction know-how. Kevin is known for tightening processes—vendor scorecards, procurement schedules, and clean documentation—to reduce risk, improve transparency, and deliver predictable budgets.

Kevin holds a B.B.A. in Management from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, reading, and time with his kids.
