Hung is RSK’s Operations Manager and a PMP-certified operator with a civil engineering background. He leads company-wide operations—building the processes, tools, and rhythms that keep Development and Construction moving fast and on budget.

At RSK, Hung owns SOPs and workflow design, vendor and subcontractor onboarding, document control and contract routing, and cross-functional coordination across Purchasing, Accounting, and field teams. He partners with Accounting on clean AP/PO handoffs, with Purchasing on procurement schedules and lead times, and with Construction on logistics, scheduling support, and site readiness.

Previously, Hung directed complex residential projects end-to-end, bringing field discipline and schedule/quality control to luxury residential builds. Hung thrives on solving operational bottlenecks and delivering systems that scale with growth and consistently exceed expectations.
