Gilbert Garcia

Gilbert is a Construction Manager at RSK, supporting project execution across various construction initiatives and overseeing day-to-day site coordination.
Prior to joining RSK, Gilbert served in construction leadership roles across both for-sale residential and Build-to-Rent communities throughout the Houston area, including Cypress and Katy. With over seven years of construction experience, he managed field operations, project execution, and project delivery as a Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent. His project experience includes Saratoga Homes in Cypress, Texas, a 350-home community, and Clay Residential in Katy, Texas, a 150-home single-family and townhome community.
Outside of work, Gilbert enjoys golfing, spending time with his daughter and fiancée, and following sports. He also played college baseball throughout his four years at Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2015.
