Kim is an Executive Assistant at RSK supporting leadership across project coordination, CRM and AI assistant development, internal reporting and cross functional initiatives. She also manages meeting logistics and event coordination – from small team calls to full-scale presentations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Philippines, with early experience in HR and hospital social services. She spent four years on a leadership team as a trainer, helping new hires succeed through coaching and mentorship, and brings strong background in customer service, which adds to her people first approach and clear communication style.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to K-pop, watching K-drama, going to the gym, helping stray animals in her community and spending time with her dog, Oli.
