VICTOR FALLA

Victor Falla is a Construction Manager at RSK Real Estate Partners. In this role, he interfaces with all vendors, consultants, and subcontractors and ensures the project is built to the highest quality while maintaining both schedule and budget.

Victor likes to say that he started his life training about 40 years ago, under the tutelage of two neighbors, who took the time to teach him automotive mechanics. Working on cars as a teenager, he enjoyed both the fellowship and life lesson conversations that accompanied the demanding work. Soon after, Victor joined the US Navy as an aircraft mechanic on F-14 fighter aircraft. Victor started as an apprentice mechanic and worked his way up to a shift supervisor, which contributed to record setting performance during Desert Storm onboard the USS Saratoga. During his time in the Navy, Victor began working on his Business Management degree at Tidewater Community College. He continued that pursuit, after his Honorable Discharge from the Navy, at Houston Community College, followed by a 2-year program for a civilian aircraft mechanic licensing course called Aircraft and Power plant (A & P) mechanics course at Rice Aviation.

After success in these programs, Victor became an electrician and jet engine mechanic at European Gas Turbines where he assembled gas turbines to electric generators to ship all over the world to supply electricity to small cities.

Victor began building homes with Royce Homes in 1996. He started at the ground floor as an assistant construction manager and worked his way up to project manager over several neighborhoods while developing a team of construction managers. In 2001, Victor moved from the county to the City of Houston as a builder. Developing teams and teaching the trade to new builders along the way.

Victor became certified by Texas DPS and the NRA as an instructor for the License To Carry program. He takes pride in teaching hundreds of new shooters both safety and the law requirements of carrying a firearm.

Most importantly, he is now the patriarch of a blended family with five grown children and one grandchild.

Victor enjoys volunteering at his church, where he is expanding on his role by joining the team of greeters and a part of the security team.
