Jay is a Construction Manager at RSK with 27 years of residential construction experience. He leads day-to-day field operations across active projects—driving schedule certainty, trade coordination, subcontractor payroll, production pace, safety, and quality control—to deliver builds on time and within budget.

He began his career in 1998, traveling nationwide to hire and train installation crews for trim, hardware, mirrors, and shelving. In 2004, Jay joined D.R. Horton as a superintendent and advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Construction Area Manager, where he oversaw multi- community programs, vendor performance, and inspection readiness. He holds OSHA 10- and 30-Hour certifications, along with CPR and First Aid credentials.

At RSK, Jay is known for hands-on site leadership, clear expectations with trades, and building repeatable field systems that improve production tracking, safety compliance, and cost control while protecting quality.
