Corey Wilson serves as the Director of Construction – Texas at RSK Real Estate Partners, where he oversees all construction operations across the state and manages the delivery of projects from pre-construction through completion. In this role, he works closely with development and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to RSK’s quality standards.

Corey brings over 25 years of experience in homebuilding and construction operations across major Texas markets including Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. Most recently, he served as Corporate Vice President of Operations at HistoryMaker Homes, where he led a strategic repositioning of the company from entry-level housing to the first move-up segment. Earlier in his career, Corey held leadership roles at ONM Living, Century Communities, and Centex, gaining extensive experience across traditional housing, governmental projects, and build-to-rent communities.

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business in 1999. Outside of work, Corey enjoys reading and following sports, particularly OU Football, the Texas Rangers, and the Dallas Cowboys.
