Samuel is RSK’s Bookkeeper with 30+ years of accounting and administrative experience, much of it in construction. He runs the day-to-day back office for Accounting, ensuring clean books and reliable project cost data.
At RSK, Sam manages accounts payable from invoice intake to three-way match (PO invoice–receipt), vendor setup and compliance (W-9/COI), cost coding and job cost tracking, and bank/credit card reconciliations. He partners with Purchasing and Construction to keep budgets current, supports monthly close and reporting, and assembles draw/pay-app packages so projects stay funded and on schedule.
Known for accuracy, organization, and follow-through, Samuel helps streamline processes for both field and office teams—delivering on-time payments, clean audit trails, and dependable financials.
