Jim is a Project Manager at RSK with over a decade of experience in residential construction. He began his career interning with a large commercial construction firm during his college summers. Since then, he served as a project manager for one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in the U.S., leading the development of large residential townhome communities throughout Houston. He has also managed projects for ultra-luxury custom homebuilders.

At RSK, Jim oversees construction sequencing and timelines, field and development operations, and streamlines construction processes to ensure cost-effective outcome. He focuses on developing strategies to increase construction efficiency while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Jim holds a degree from Sam Houston State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing bad golf and exploring Texas.
