Hannah serves as the Vice President of Development at RSK, focusing on all aspects of new sourcing and closing new investments for RSK and seeing each development through delivery and disposition.
Hannah began her career working in student housing development with CA Ventures where she spent 5 years on their investments team. On this team, Hannah closed over $2B in student housing development projects at major universities across the country. Throughout her tenure at CA, Hannah was responsible for sourcing land, underwriting, securing lender and equity approvals, and bringing all partners to a full close. Simultaneously, she was responsible for managing the engineers and architects on each project as well as securing the necessary entitlements from local governments. Prior to joining RSK Real Estate Partners, Hannah was a Senior Associate on the private equity side of Allstate Investments in the Real Estate Equity Group. In this role, she made fund and direct investments on Allstate’s behalf into niche asset classes and helped manage Allstate’s real estate portfolio. Primarily lending her expertise to their separate accounts portfolio, she focused on their development investments and dispositions. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2017.
Hannah resides in Chicago and enjoys spending time outside, reading, traveling, and escaping to Wisconsin on weekends to race sailboats and play tennis. Hannah is on the board of the Illinois Chapter of Gift of Adoption and active in Real Estate Finance Forum.
